Refund policy

All event bookings at our venue are subject to the following refund, cancellation, and payment terms. These policies are in place to ensure fairness, protect reserved dates, and allow proper planning for each event.

Deposits & Booking Confirmation

A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total event cost is required to reserve and secure an event date. Events are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received. Once the deposit is paid, the selected date is removed from availability and held exclusively for the client.

Final Payment

The remaining balance (100% of the total event cost) must be paid no later than 14 days (two weeks) prior to the event date. Failure to submit full payment by this deadline may result in cancellation of the event without refund of the deposit.

Cancellation Policy

  • All deposits are non-refundable, under all circumstances.

  • Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to the event date are eligible for a 50% refund of payments made beyond the deposit only.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are non-refundable, including all payments made beyond the deposit.

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to be considered valid.

Private Events

For private events, including full venue buyouts and dates marked as private closures, the same cancellation and refund terms apply. Changes in guest count, vendor issues, or client-related circumstances do not qualify for additional refunds.

Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule an event are subject to availability and venue approval. Approval is not guaranteed. If approved, previously paid amounts (excluding the non-refundable deposit) may be applied toward a future date at the venue’s discretion. Pricing adjustments or additional fees may apply.

Damages & Additional Charges

Clients are responsible for any damages to the venue, furnishings, equipment, or property caused during their event. Any damage-related charges are separate from event payments and are non-refundable.

Policy Acknowledgment

By submitting payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
